Biona Coconut Bliss is made from high quality organic coconut flesh, slowly dried to retain its tropical taste and gently blended into a creamy coconut butter. Enjoy the blissful tropical taste of this creamy coconut butter as a spread on bread, stirred into smoothies or added to sauces and curries to give a rich coconut flavour. As we do not use any emulsifiers, the coconut oil may seperate – this does not affect the quality of this product – simply place the jar in hot water then stir to restore the creamy consistency.
