Pour cooked polenta into a greased dish and spread to allow to cool. Once cooled cut into slices and fry with a little butter. Serve with dairy free cheese and Biona Organic Toscana Sauce.

Preparation Instructions (Serves 4):
Bring 750ml of water to the boil. Add 120g Biona Organic Polenta steadily, stirring constantly and continue until polenta is thickened. Cook for approximatly 30 minutes.
