Black lentils are combined with coconut cream, tomatoes and a fragrant blend of over 20 herbs and spices for rich, aromatic flavour. Naturally rich in protein and fibre, it's hearty, satisfying and ready in minutes.

Heating instructions:
Best enjoyed hot.

Microwave:
Tear a 2cm opening at the top and heat for 90 seconds at 1000W or 2 minutes at 700W.

Hob:
Empty contents into a pan and heat through on a low heat.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and eat within 3 days.
