Another excellent ‘no sulphur added’ red from this consistently reliable producer. With lots of tasty, jammy dark fruit – damsons, blackberries, plum – and a swirling core of smoke, pepper and spice. It’s rich but certainly takes a step back from being overtly full-bodied and the mouth feel is exceptionally clean and fresh for Shiraz. One for your hearty mushroom stroganoffs or even just a hearty plate of bangers and mash.
