Rosate di Bitetto, an olive variety unique to the Conca di Bari region in Puglia, are an iconic and delicious aperitivo olive.
Round, rosy-hued and organically grown in southern Italy, these are full of flavour and have delicate tasting, crisp flesh that comes off the stone easily.
