What is Liposomal Glutathione?:
Glutathione is a small molecule your body makes and stores naturally in its cells, built from three amino acids: cysteine, glycine and glutamic acid.

GSH vs. GSSG Glutathione:
Glutathione exists in the body in two forms, and they're easy to confuse.

GSSG is the oxidised form, created when two glutathione molecules bond together.
