Alpha01 L-Carnitine Complex 2000mg 120 capsules

Alpha01 L-Carnitine Complex 2000mg comes as 120 vegan capsules, four to a serving, and each serving gives 2,000mg of fermented acetyl L-carnitine (ALCAR) with vitamin D3 2µg (40% NRV), riboflavin 4mg (286%), niacin 4mg NE (25%), vitamin B6 4mg (286%), biotin 200µg (400%), chromium 80µg (200%) and 5mg of BioPerine® black pepper. The acetyl L-carnitine is made by fermentation, the capsule shell is hypromellose and the vitamin D3 comes from algae, which is why the pouch front says vegan capsules. The full ingredients list reads fermented acetyl L-carnitine, capsule shell (hypromellose), rice starch, safflower oil, BioPerine® black pepper, riboflavin HCl, niacin, pyridoxine HCl, chromium picolinate, biotin and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from algae).

The added vitamins and chromium have authorised claims of their own. Riboflavin, niacin and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while these three and biotin also contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels, and together with biotin it contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones, and vitamins B6 and D contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Take four capsules with water each day: on workout days two before and two after your session, on other days two in the morning and two in the evening.

Suggested use:
Take 4 capsules daily with water. On workout days, take 2 capsules before and 2 capsules after exercise. On non-workout days, take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening.
