Alpha01 Organic Black Seed Oil 1440mg seals organic Nigella sativa seed oil into liquid capsules (LiCaps), 120 to a pouch. Each two-capsule serving gives 1,440mg of organic black seed oil providing 28mg of thymoquinone, and the ingredients list has just two lines: the oil, at 2% thymoquinone, and the hypromellose capsule shell.

Black seed, black cumin and kalonji are names for the same small seed, and the thymoquinone figure is how one black seed oil compares with another: 2% of 1,440mg is where the 28mg on the panel and the pouch front comes from. The pouch carries the EU organic leaf with the control body code SK-BIO-003.

The capsule shell is hypromellose, a plant-derived cellulose with no gelatin, and the capsule keeps the peppery taste of the oil out of the way.

Suggested use:
Take 2 capsules daily with water.
