Botanical Description:
A sweet, lemony scented herb, with soft, bushy bright, serrated green leaves and square stems. Also known as Lemon Balm - and traditionally as 'The Elixir of Life’.

Directions for Use:
Bath:
Dilute to use. 10-15 drops
Room Diffuser:
Dilute to use. 7-12 drops in water
Body / Skincare:
Dilute to use. 10 drops in 10ml carrier/base oil
DIY / Tips:
This oil has been diluted to 5% in a light coconut oil base, making it ideal to use direct on the skin
