Fushi Fresh-Pressed® 100% pure Sesame oil, is a nourishing vitamin E rich oil, and one of the most penetrating skin oils used in Ayurveda for massage and skin care.

Sesame Seed Oil has been used as a healing oil for thousands of years in India and is a very popular oil in the practise of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian health system. Sesame seed oil is high in Vitamin E, and ideal as for use as a massage oil and skin care. It can be used for facial massage, antiaging skin care and every day body moisturisation.

How to Use:

Skin & Hair Care:
Apply a small amount of sesame seed oil to face, body or hair. Massage into scalp and hair, leave on for a while or over night, then wash out.

Oil Pulling:
Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice to improve oral health. Swish 1 tbsp of sesame oil for 4–8 minutes, covering all teeth, then spit and rinse with warm water.

Abhyanga Massage:
Warm the oil slightly by placing the bottle in a bowl of warm water and use it to massage your body, providing relaxation and nourishment to the skin.

Fushi Top Tip:
Mix into DIY skincare or use as a makeup remover.

Culinary Use:
Drizzle over salads, vegetables and finished dishes or use in dressings and marinades.
