Black Seed Oil (Nigella sativa), also known as Black Cumin Oil, is produced from the seeds of Nigella sativa, a flowering plant which grows in Southwest Asia and the Middle East. Recommended Daily Intake:
Adults and children over 12 years of age, one teaspoon (5ml) daily. Can also be used in salad dressing.
