no piece of cake:
itsu's corn cakes are popped then topped with the highest quality Italian chocolate. To make the cakes, itsu take whole corn kernels, salt & oil [nothing else] and pop them under pressure to create light & crunchy discs.
To ensure a thick & even coating itsu float the cakes in melted chocolate before air drying; for the perfect bite, every time.

Prepared to a vegan recipe. Not suitable for those with a milk allergy.

dark chocolate (60%) (sugar, cocoa mass*, cocoa butter*, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring), corn cake (40%) (corn, sea salt, corn oil).
