Earl Grey tea was first blended for the then British Prime Minister, Lord Grey, in the 19th century.

Preparation:
Add freshly boiled water and brew for 2-4 minutes, according to taste. Delicious with or without milk. It also tastes great with lemon, or as an iced tea with mint.
