About
Ausha Organic Cacao Nibs are made from cacao beans that are carefully fermented, sun-dried, lightly roasted and cracked into crunchy nibs. The result is a rich, intense chocolate flavour that works as a snack on its own or as an ingredient in smoothies, hot chocolate, porridge, cereals, yoghurt, cookies, cakes and homemade chocolates.
They are certified Organic by the Soil Association and approved by the Vegan Society, and have won a 1-Star Great Taste Award. Sourced from small-scale organic farmers in India, with no artificial colours, additives or preservatives, and packed in a recyclable, resealable pouch.
Sourcing:
Ausha sources its organic products directly from the farming community in small batches to make sure the products are of top quality and also the fresh stock reaches Ausha's customers.
Each batch goes though lab testing for pesticides testing and quality control.
Ausha frequently does farm visits and production factory visits in person to make sure the products are sourced and manufactured as per standards and the traceability is established.
