Emma Basic Crispy Seaweed Snack 20g
Lightly salted, olive-oil brushed sheets. Snap them into shards.
About
Three ingredients. Nothing else.
Korean roasted seaweed — gim gui — is made by brushing thin nori sheets with olive oil and dry-roasting until crisp. That's the entire process. Three ingredients, one technique. The olive oil gives it a clean, rich flavour you don't get from plain nori, and the roasting makes it shatteringly crisp.
The nutrition profile of seaweed is surprisingly strong — high in iodine, fibre, and protein relative to its weight. These sheets are light but nutrient-dense. Emma Basic sells them in the lunchbox format because that's how most people use them, but they're just as good crumbled over rice, soup, or salad.
