Established in 2010 by a small group of food enthusiasts who, with 40+ years of combined fine food manufacturing experience, identified a gap in the market for a snack that was strikingly delicious, of exceptional quality and totally natural. They set off, producing the first snacks by hand, using a refurbished coffee roaster.

Mr Filbert's carefully tumble and marinate their gourmet snacks with fresh herbs and foraged ingredients, to give them their truly distinctive taste.
