How to use Matcha Pouches:
You do not need to sift INOUMI's blends.
Simply add ½ tsp of powder to a whisking bowl, Add 25 ml of 70–80 °C water and whisk briskly in a zig-zag “W” motion with a bamboo chasen for 15–20 seconds until a fine micro-foam appears.
Top up with additional hot water for traditional Matcha, or pour over steamed milk or milk alternative for a velvety latte. For iced drinks, dissolve first in a hot splash before adding cold liquid and ice this preserves the silky texture and vivid colour.
