How to use mushroom pouches:
Simply add 1 (3g) tsp of powder to a whisking bowl, Add 25 ml of 70–80 °C water and whisk briskly in a zig-zag “W” motion with a bamboo chasen ( or electric whisk)
Top up with additional hot water or pour over steamed milk or milk alternative for a velvety latte. For iced drinks, dissolve first in a hot splash before adding cold liquid and ice.
