This pure unadulterated concentrated tomato puree has an intense lip-smacking flavour! We squish tomatoes, sieve the pulp to get rid of all the seeds and skin. Then we simply evaporate the water to intensify the delicious taste. This is perfect to add to sauces or even to use with spices for a BBQ marinade. It also forms the base of our tomato ketchup so why not try to make your own.
