We have created this rejuvenating blend of wonderful citrus sunshine oils to lift the mood. Essential oils such as Lemon, Orange & Tangerine lift the senses and invorate the mind.

To Lift Your Mood and Start the Day:
Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale.
OR
Add a few drops to running bath water for a sumptuous, invigorating bath soak.
OR
Add a few drops to 100ml Shower Gel for a kick start to the day!

For an Enlivening Aroma:
Place a few drops into water (depending on the diffuser) in one of Absolute Aromas diffusers.
