Alpha01 Blackcurrant Extract 30,000mg comes as 30 vegan capsules, each holding 300mg of a 100:1 extract of New Zealand blackcurrants, Ribes nigrum, equal to 30,000mg of fruit. The extract is standardised to 35% anthocyanins, which gives the 105mg of anthocyanins on the panel. The ingredients are the blackcurrant extract, microcrystalline cellulose, a hypromellose capsule shell, rice starch and safflower oil.

The 30,000mg on the front is a fruit equivalent: at a ratio of 100:1, 30,000mg of blackcurrants are concentrated into the 300mg of extract in each capsule. Anthocyanins are the dark pigments that colour the fruit.

Take one capsule daily with water.
