Alpha01 Creatine Powder 300g

Creatine Powder 300g gives you 60 servings of micronised creatine monohydrate, the only ingredient in the pouch, with no flavour of its own. Each heaped teaspoon (5g) holds 5g of creatine monohydrate, about 4.4g of creatine, ready to stir into whatever you already drink around training.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, and the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine. The claim is written for adults who do high intensity exercise, and one 5g serving reaches that 3g.

Mix one heaped teaspoon a day into water, juice, a smoothie or your shake; the pouch has no scoop, to cut plastic.

Suggested use:
Take 1 heaped teaspoon (5g) of powder per day. The powder is unflavoured so that you can combine it with your favourite drinks, smoothies, pre-workout or protein shakes. Please note: In Alpha01's effort to reduce plastic waste, this product does not contain a scoop.
