Alpha01 Organic Cayenne Pepper 650mg 90 capsules

In this pouch you’ll find 90 vegan capsules of Alpha01 Organic Cayenne Pepper, each holding 650mg of certified organic cayenne pepper. The front names the species, Capsicum annuum, and gives the heat rating: 100,000 Scoville heat units. The ingredients list has three entries: organic cayenne pepper powder, a hypromellose capsule shell and organic brown rice flour.

The capsule holds the milled pepper itself rather than an extract, so the 650mg is simply the weight of cayenne in each one, and the 100,000 tells you how hot it is. No Nutrient Reference Value has been set for cayenne, so the panel shows no percentage, and the pouch front carries the EU organic leaf with the control code SK-BIO-003.

Store the pouch in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
