Inside the pouch you’ll find 90 vegan capsules of Alpha01 Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, and the front names the species just below the product name: Cinnamomum verum, known as true cinnamon. Two capsules make a serving and give you 1,400mg of milled organic Ceylon cinnamon bark, 700mg in each. The ingredients list has three entries: organic Ceylon cinnamon powder, a hypromellose capsule shell and organic brown rice flour.
