Botanical Description:
A small tree with a spreading canopy, which originates from Asia. White or pink flowers appear in early Spring before the leaves and the edible fruit contains a hard shell containing a single kernel from which the oil is extracted.

Body / Skincare:
With a naturally fine texture, it is rapidly absorbed, promoting prompt healing of dry or rough skin. It helps nourish the skin from within, helping improve skin tone & reduce signs of ageing. This light-weight oil can be applied direct to the skin, or blended with essential oils for an aromatic body or massage oil.
Haircare:
Used as a conditioning agent, it promotes hair health & growth. Helps to detangle the hair making it softer & more manageable. For a conditioning treatment, warm one tablespoon of oil & apply it to the hair & scalp, then leave it on for 2-3 hours before washing off.
DIY / Tips:

Skin Types:
Suitable for sensitive skin & babies & children. Best avoided by those with oily, combination skin or acne due to high oleic acid content.
