About
Organic dark chocolate tablet 87% cocoa (Nicaragua) , from the Bosawás Nature Reserve. Specialty with a high percentage of cocoa with noble ingredients, without added sugars and without sweeteners.
Organic chocolate made with cocoa of the Trinitario variety. Its intensity is balanced with a diversity of aromas typical of cocoa, which are perceived thanks to the artisanal production.
Blanxart creates chocolates exclusively with cocoa from a single origin, to enhance the uniqueness of each of the recipes. Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of cocoa in small plantations, the traditional roasting over low heat in Blanxart's facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar.
