Clearspot's Original Tofu is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and is also GM free, high in protein, gluten free and free from artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.
Clearspot Organic Tofu is lovingly made by hand in North Yorkshire.
Clearspot handcraft their tofu in small batches to a traditional Japanese recipe. pressing it in muslin cloth to create an extra-firm texture.
Note:
Suitable for freezing, but may change the texture. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost fully before use and use on the same day. Do not refreeze.
