The name of this rice in Thai refers to fragrant jasmine flowers, reflecting the delicate aroma of the rice that makes it so special – use as an elegant accompaniment to curries, stir-fry with vegetables, or serve in broth as a delicious Khao Tom Soup.

How to Use:
(for 2 servings)
1. Wash ¾ cup (150g) of rice and drain.
2. Transfer to a pan and add 1 cup (250ml) of water.
3. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat, then cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
4. Remove from heat and leave covered for 10 minutes before serving.
