Cool Chile White Corn Tortillas 13 Wraps 300g

Ambient tortillas that have just a touch of preservative to allow it to be outside of the fridge for 20 days, which isn't as long as some tortillas and bread but Cool Chile thinks it has come up with a happy combo of great taste and convenience.
Made with white corn, Cool Chile's 15cm tortillas are essential for large tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas, or for soaking up rich sauces. Once a little older, they're perfect for frying into tostadas, totopos, flautas, or crispy tacos.
Each pack contains 13 tortillas.
Please note: Although these tortillas have preservatives in them it is advisable to keep them in the fridge.
For best flavour and texture, always serve tortillas warm.

Reheating corn tortillas:
- For best results griddle tortillas one at a time in a dry pan, toast both sides until warmed through and little brown spots appear if desired.
- Use a little spray of water to help re hydrate the tortillas as they reheat if a few days old.
- If necessary tortillas can be kept warm for about 15-20 minutes after reheating by stacking them in a folded clean tea towel, top and serve promptly.
