Our delicious organic cool oil is made from a blend of flax, hemp, pumpkin seed oils, and oil of evening primrose. It’s fantastically versatile. You can enjoy it on salads, rice or add to smoothies and salad dressings.

One serving of our organic Omega Cool Oil provides enough Omega 3 (Alpha Linolenic Acid) to contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels – just don’t heat or cook with it as the delicate balance of oils will be lost!

Make sure you keep it in the fridge once opened to retain all the goodness.
