Hampstead Tea Organic Assam Loose Tea 100g

Tasting Notes:
Hampstead Tea’s Assam develops its deep, complex taste on the foothills of the Himalayas, where the biodynamic gardens literally sing with life (hey, happy grasshoppers). Bursting with wondrous natural properties, it’s bold and earthy for an afternoon boost.

Brewing Good:
Hampstead Tea’s Organic Assam Loose Leaf Tea brews a lot of good.

100% ORGANIC:
Not 95%. Not just enough to call it ‘organic’. Full-blown 100% organic ingredients, grown with no nasty pesticides to give nature the respect it deserves. The butterflies will love you for it.

PLASTIC-FREE PACKAGING:
Hampstead Tea’s packaging is bye-bye-forever biodegradable. No sneaky PLA glue or plain old recyclable. And that plastic-looking bit on the front? Panic not. It’s made from sugarcane waste.

BIODYNAMIC FARMING:
The planet gives Hampstead Tea the best natural flavours. In return, Hampstead Tea nurture the earth they were grown in. Sustainable farming means all the local animals and insects are left to thrive, and the soil is regenerated for the future.

CARING FOR FARMERS:
Hampstead Tea make tea in the most ethical way possible. That means ensuring Hampstead Tea’s farmers and their families receive a fair wage and live a good life, with access to medical centres and schools.

How to brew:
Pour over boiling water and infuse for three minutes – longer if you want an even stronger brew. It's delicious with a touch of milk to complement those rich malty notes.
Need a morning boost? Thanks to its rich and earthy notes, this makes a perfect uplifting morning tea.
