Vitamin B50 Complex tablets contain Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12. These B Vitamins contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, homocysteine metabolism, psychological function, red blood cell formation, the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. They are useful during times of stress or for those with a very hectic and active lifestyle. Vitamin C has been added to offer protection from oxidative stress, with additional Iron, Choline, Inositol and PABA.
Recommended Daily Intake:
Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.

Free from yeast, gluten, wheat, starch, dairy, sugar, salt, artificial colours, preservatives, and flavourings.
