About
Combine ingenuity, versatility and great taste in one plant-based delicacy with 'Joséphine', the organic Camembert Alternative from Jay & Joy. A delicious blend of almonds and cashews, this dairy-free treat is carefully matured to ensure it has a familiar, soft texture, along with a subtle yet slightly fruity flavour. Delicious sliced on top of pizza or scattered into salads, this plant-based cheese alternative is sure to be a favourite on any vegan cheese platter.
Producer:
Jay & Joy is the first plant-based creamery in France. Founded by two environmentally passionate Parisians, on a mission to make delicious, dairy-free cheese alternatives. It wasn’t an easy road to success, and they met with some stiff resistance while creating “vegan cheese in cheese country.” But, through dedication, care and constant experimentation, Jay & Joy’s cashew, coconut and almond creations won hearts (and awards) along the way.
