These delicious brown rice paper with turmeric wraps from King Soba are organic, vegan and gluten-free. King Soba's rice paper is ideal for Vietnamese style spring or summer rolls. Just soak, fill and roll!
Preparation:
- Dip the wraps in warm water for 15-20 seconds,
- remove gently and shake off excess water
- Lay one wrap (or two if you want a thicker roll) on a flat surface
- Layer your filling at the bottom edge of the wrap. Finish off with fresh herbs
- Fold and roll
- Serve up and eat fresh or lightly fry until golden
- Enjoy with dipping sauce
