Preparation instructions:
No need to pre-soak. Rinse thoroughly then place in a saucepan and cover with 3 x their volume in water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 25-30 minutes, until the lentils have softened with a slightly firm bite. Drain and serve.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container for best quality.
