Oatly uses an acidity regulator to have their Barista Edition oat drink work perfectly with coffee or your favorite hot drink, but you can be sure that there is nothing in this product that isn't absolutely necessary and absolutely approved for consumption. Oatly also thought you might appreciate that they put the same vitamins (D2, riboflavin, B12) and minerals (calcium, iodine) in their Barista products as in their other oat drinks.
