WHY ROSAVINS AND SALIDROSIDES MATTER:
Not all Rhodiola supplements are equal. The quality of any Rhodiola product depends largely on the concentration of its two key bioactive compounds: rosavins and salidrosides.
Rosavins are unique to Rhodiola rosea and have not been detected in other Rhodiola species. They're now an accepted marker for genetically pure Rhodiola rosea. Salidrosides are another key bioactive compound that contributes to the herb's traditional uses.

1 capsule a day is all you need. If you find you need more support, two capsules a day is safe

TAKE WITH OR WITHOUT FOOD:
Rhodiola can be taken with or without food. If it causes any stomach discomfort, simply take it with a meal

MORNING:
As an adaptogen, Rhodiola is best taken in the morning or early afternoon. Try to take it at the same time each day to help build a routine
