What is Liposomal Vitamin C?:
Liposomal vitamin C is vitamin C wrapped in a protective layer of lipids (the same kind of fatty molecules your cells are built from), forming tiny spheres called liposomes.
Ordinary vitamin C has to survive the acidic environment of digestion before your body can absorb it, and at higher doses much of it is simply passed through. The liposome shields the vitamin C on that journey, so more of it is taken up and stays in your system for longer.
And this isn't just theory. In a double-blind, randomised human trial on Zooki's own liposomal vitamin C, blood levels reached almost four times higher than standard, non-liposomal vitamin C at the same 1,000mg dose, with no reported side effects.
Because the lipid shell is so similar to the body's own cell membranes, it's a format that works with your body rather than against it: a smoother, more efficient way to take vitamin C, without needing the megadoses that can leave standard vitamin C sitting in the gut.
In short: same essential vitamin, delivered in a form proven to get more of it where it's needed.

Why take Liposomal Vitamin C?:
Immune health: Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, helping you stay supported day to day.
Energy: Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Skin: Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
