Storage Information:
Equinox's Kombucha is fresh so please store it in the fridge to prevent the fermentation process from continuing in the bottle. Do not store your Kombucha at warm temperatures, especially for long periods of time as this will cause further fermentation, spoilage of flavour and potentially cause pressure to build in the bottle. It’s perfectly safe for your Kombucha to be out of the fridge for a few days during transit so don’t worry about good bacteria being harmed.
