How to store and serve:
Enjoy it any way you like, but Plenish's Barista range was crafted for coffee with a foamy finish in mind.
When steaming, start with the tip of your steam wand submerged so you can get the m*lk spinning. Once the vortex is going, start introducing a light amount of air until you hear little hisses. Stop introducing air once the m*lk is around 45°C. Pour as soon as you've finished steaming to avoid separation in the jug and to ensure a silky micro-foam.
Store in the fridge, shake well before enjoying, and consume within 5 days of opening.
