Vegan* Corn Schnitzel

Cooking instructions:
Cooking Instructions - General. All ovens vary-Cooking time may need to be adjusted accordingly.
Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging.
Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F, gas mark 4. Bake on a lightly greased baking tray for 9-11 minutes, turning over half-way through.
Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Pre-heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan, over low heat. Place a corn schnitzel in the pan and fry for 7 minutes over a low heat, turning occasionally.
