Produced artisanally from the roasting of the cocoa bean in Blanxart's factory and following a traditional shell and 'rested', of long duration.

Vegan:
It only contains food ingredients of non-animal origin.

Suitable for gluten-free diets and especially indicated for celiac.

Additive-free:
Blanxart did not use any artificial agents in the process. None. Blanxart's artisanal way of doing this chocolate makes possible to avoid unhealthy additives.
