IN THE BEGINNING THERE WAS MUESLI:
Rude Health started with this muesli. The Ultimate. Rude Health didn’t know the rules of making a breakfast cereal, they just thought: what if there was no limit to the quality and quantity of ingredients? Rude Health balanced a great blend of grains until they couldn't improve the texture, then they added absolutely all the ingredients that got them excited. It might be Rude Health's first muesli, but it is still their ultimate.
