This Stevia powder is unrefined and simply made from dried, ground Stevia plant leaves. The Stevia leaf has an intense sweetness that is far sweeter than white cane sugar. It is actually known as the ‘sweetleaf plant’ because of this. Stevia is not converted to glucose in the body, giving it a glycaemic index of 0.

It is an ideal sweetener for those with diabetes or hypoglycaemia, as it helps to regulate blood sugar levels and can reduce cravings for sugary foods.

Green Stevia Powder has a more complex, aromatic flavour to the white crystalline Stevia. This makes Green Stevia Powder ideal for sweetening raw, uncooked recipes and cold drinks.

This is an ambient product that can be stored at room temperature before opening. See packaging for further storage guidance if applicable.
