I’ve always loved crackers and Scandinavian crispbreads (my mum went through a phase of eating a Ry**ta every morning for years!), so I got busy developing. Fast forward a few years, and fu:di think they’ve created a pretty epic crispbread—not only that, but it’s as authentic as it gets, being made in a wonderful Norwegian bakery!
