Roasted pepper spread and dip is just right with bread, breadsticks, crackers or vegetable sticks.
We pick sun-ripened peppers in Puglia, in Southern Italy, harvest, prepare and roast them on site. This is the base of our pepper spread to which we add onions, garlic, sun dried tomatoes and a little lemon and vinegar to balance the taste.
