The result? An organic, pure vegan dark syrup, perfect for adding rich, robust depth to all kinds of dishes.
Try using this dark syrup as a glaze for pastries, in baking instead of other sweeteners, or over pancakes for a delicious desert. Combine it with soy sauce and garlic for the ultimate umami dip or marinade - or if you're feeling experimental, roast some sprouts, sweet potatoes or carrots in a mix of dark maple syrup and balsamic vinegar, for a caramelised savoury side dish.
