A full bowl equates to 3 of your 5-a-day, a heap of fibre and plant protein. It’s the ultimate meal deal.

SPOON YOUR WAY TO 5-A-DAY
Nourish yourself the natural way with a bowl of golden goodness. Bursting with benefits, butternut squash is your one stop shop for fibre, potassium and vitamin C. Rich in beta carotene, this bright orange vegetable supports the immune system, bone mass and optic health. If that wasn’t enough, we’ve sprinkled a dash of turmeric and a generous crack of black pepper for the ultimate antioxidant boost. You’ll bag yourself 210% of your daily Vitamin A in half the jar alone.
