About

90% organic coconut. No guar gum, no xanthan gum, no stabilisers of any kind.

The competitor benchmark for coconut cream is 50-65% coconut. The difference in flavour and texture is immediately apparent. Thick and rich — use for curries, desserts, baking, or anywhere that needs real coconut depth.

Great Taste Award winner.

A note on natural coconut cream:
Cocofina Coconut Cream is 90% organic coconut and nothing else. No guar gum. No stabilisers. No emulsifiers.

Coconut cream is naturally made up of fat and water. Without a stabiliser to bind them, they will separate — the fat sets firm and the liquid sits beneath it. In cold temperatures it sets solid. You may see graininess or density straight from the tin.

This is not a defect. This is what coconut cream looks like without additives.

Most brands add guar gum specifically to hide this. Cocofina doesn't.

Warm the tin in hot water for a few minutes before opening, then stir well. It will not combine into a single smooth emulsion the way a stabilised cream would — but it will be ready to cook with.
