I've always enjoyed Sticky Toffee Pudding for desserts, so wanted to make my own version that's free from all the major allergens, and can be enjoyed anywhere, any time! The great thing about this cake mix, is you can have it as a cake, without the sauce, or drown it in sticky toffee sauce to make a super indulgent pudding! Julianne x

Vegan recipe:

• 150ml Plant Based Milk
• 80g Dairy Free Spread
• 50g Apple Sauce

Standard recipe:

• 150 ml Milk
• 80g Butter
• 1 egg

How to make (both recipes):

Preheat the oven to 180c
Soften the butter/spread slightly in the microwave
Add the dry mix and your chosen wet ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir together until smooth
Optional extras that add a bit of yum (handful of chopped dates, sprinkle of ginger, handful of toffee chunks).
Pour the mixture into a 1lb loaf tin and pop in the oven for 25-30 minutes
Whilst its cooking, get cracking on this sweet toffee sauce!
Take out of the oven and check it's cooked by stabbing a skewer through
